Marcus James
Managing Partner
Marcus has extensive experience in the construction industry. He is skilled in construction, construction management, project management, and customer service. Marcus takes a hands on approach to his business and can often be seen working alongside his crews.
Sean Ryan
Managing Partner
Sean holds a B.S and an MBA degree, along with Project Certification from the University of Washington. Like Marcus, Sean is actively involved in projects and frequently works with the crews.

The fun begins! We partner with qualified and vetted designers to work with you to bring your ideas, style, and vision to life.
3. Plans
If blueprints are required, we partner with a Trusted Architecture Firm. This allows us to have clear instructions for our trade professionals to perform their work. This also allows us to make recommendations on where to spend and where to save based on your specific goals.
4. The Work begins
Our Project Managers coordinate scheduling, sequence of trade professionals, material delivery, and more. They are there to handle any questions or concerns that may arise as the project develops. They will also keep you updated with progress reports, photos, and constant communication.
5. Results
We've reached the finish line and we did it together. Once the entire scope of work has been completed, we conduct a thorough review of the project with you to ensure that the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
